Range of services
Systems & support
We install the systems on the cabling we have built: servers in the rack or server room, clients at the workstation, printers and peripherals on the network. Before that, we take stock of what stays and what will be replaced.
The set-up includes whatever saves work later: users and shares for each department, updates in fixed windows, backup to a target outside the server and a restore that has been tested once.

In day-to-day operation, we are your support. Faults at the workstation, on the server, in the network or with telephony all go through the same number – one contractor, rather than several suppliers and the question of which one is responsible.
As your company grows, we expand your IT: additional workstations on spare ports, more server storage, another floor on the same cabling. The system design and documentation stay the same.

What we take on in day-to-day operation

- Backup and restore
- We back up to a target outside the server and run test restores – a backup only counts once it has been restored.
- Workplace support
- We handle faults by phone, remotely and on site; the same teams look after the network, servers and telephony.
- Expansion and relocation
- New workstations, additional servers, a department relocating: we patch them into spare ports and update the documentation.
Frequently asked questions
We still have an old phone system – what now?
In Switzerland, telephony runs over IP. We migrate your system to IP or cloud telephony, port your numbers and train your team.
Copper or fibre in an office building?
Both: Cat 6A copper to the workstation, OM4 or OS2 fibre between floors and buildings. Our cabling is vendor-neutral, and we test and document every link.
