Audio/video & video conferencing
A video conferencing room starts with an on-site needs assessment. We measure the room size and seating layout, check the window frontage, ceiling height and reverberation, and record which platform your company uses. The entire design follows from this: screen size based on viewing distance, the camera’s field of view, and the number and type of microphones.
We choose between display and projection based on room depth and light: in a meeting room, a display on the end wall; in an assembly hall or auditorium, a projection screen and ceiling speakers. Our electrical engineering and IT teams install the supply cable and network connection.
Camera, microphone and loudspeakers form the audio chain that makes or breaks a room. Directional ceiling microphones cover the table without anyone having to touch a device; for large numbers of participants, we use table microphones. We power active devices via PoE over Cat 6A.
We integrate the platform – Teams, Zoom or Webex, depending on what you use. A room control system starts the display, camera and call in a single step. Finally, we calibrate levels, speech intelligibility and camera framing, make a test call and train the users in the finished room.

Room types and their design
- Huddle room
- Two to six seats, one display, a wide-angle camera, a combined microphone and speaker unit on the table.
- Meeting room
- Eight to fourteen seats, large display, speaker-tracking camera, ceiling microphones, ceiling speakers, control panel at the table.
- Conference room
- Long table or block layout, two displays, a second camera for the opposite side, microphone zones for each half of the table.
- Assembly hall and auditorium
- Projection onto a screen, lectern with microphone, wireless microphones, sound reinforcement via ceiling speakers, recording on request.
