Data protection.
This privacy policy applies to technikpartner.ch. The website uses no analytics tools, sets no cookies other than those that are technically necessary, and embeds no maps or fonts from third-party providers. What happens to your data when you visit the website, contact us or apply for a position is set out here – in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This privacy policy is available in German, French, Italian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the German version shall prevail.
Data controller
The controller for the processing of personal data in connection with this website is Technik Partner AG, Albulastrasse 57, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland, entered in the commercial register of the canton of Zurich (UID CHE-115.009.921). You can reach us at kontakt@technikpartner.ch or +41 44 435 10 50.
Please send data protection enquiries to the same address with the subject “Datenschutz”. Technik Partner AG has not appointed a data protection officer within the meaning of Art. 10 FADP; the Act makes this optional for private companies.
Data collected when you visit
This website is served by an external hosting provider. Each time a page is requested, your browser sends technical connection data to the hosting provider: IP address, requested URL, time of access, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page if your browser transmits it.
The hosting provider needs these server logs to serve the website, detect faults and fend off attacks. We do not analyse them for marketing purposes and do not combine them with other data. The legal basis is our interest in the secure and stable operation of the website.
Depending on the hosting provider’s infrastructure, connection data may also be processed outside Switzerland. We will tell you the name of the hosting provider on request. Write to kontakt@technikpartner.ch with the subject “Datenschutz”. You will then receive the details of the provider and of the processing it carries out on our behalf.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website uses no analytics tools and no advertising or tracking services. There are no visitor statistics, no audience measurement and no disclosure of usage data to third parties.
The website uses cookies only where they are technically necessary for its operation. We therefore do not need a cookie banner: there is nothing for you to consent to.
Fonts, maps and embedded content
The fonts we use – Archivo, Inter and JetBrains Mono – are served by our own web server. When the fonts load, no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font service.
We do not embed maps. Our location at Albulastrasse 57 is provided as an external link to Google Maps. Your browser leaves our website only when you click this link. From that moment on, Google’s privacy policy applies. There are no videos, social media plugins or newsletter forms on this website either.
Contact form
When you submit the form on the contact page, your browser sends your entries – topic, name, company, phone, email, property and message – together with the language of the page to our website in encrypted form. The website checks the details and forwards them as an email to kontakt@technikpartner.ch. Nothing is stored on the website itself.
To send the email, we use an external email delivery service as a processor. It processes the message in order to deliver it; in doing so, data may also be processed outside Switzerland, for example in the USA. We will tell you the name of the service on request.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. To prevent misuse, the website counts how many enquiries arrive from a given IP address; for this purpose, the address is held in memory for no more than ten minutes and is not stored permanently. If sending is temporarily unavailable, the form opens a draft email in your email client instead – your details then leave your browser only when you send the draft yourself.
Contact by email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we use the details you provide to answer your enquiry, assess the property and prepare a quotation. The basis for this is the preparation or performance of a contract.
Enquiries stating the property, scope and preferred dates are forwarded internally to the division head responsible for the project. We retain the correspondence for as long as is necessary for processing, for an ongoing business relationship or to meet statutory retention obligations – as a rule, ten years for business records.
Applications by email
Applications reach us by email at kontakt@technikpartner.ch with the subject “Bewerbung”, or through the contact form using the “Job applications” option. We use your CV, references and details exclusively for the application process.
Access is restricted to the people who make the hiring decision. If you are not hired, we delete your documents once the process is complete, unless you expressly consent to longer retention for future vacancies.
External links
This website links to third-party websites: to circet.ch and circet.com for information on the Circet Group, to circetenergy.com for Circet Energy and to Google Maps for our location. When you click on such a link, your browser leaves our website.
From that moment on, the privacy policy of the provider concerned applies. We do not transmit any data about you when you follow the link; external links open in a new window and are marked as such.
Your rights under the FADP
Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP), you have the right to information as to which personal data we process about you, and the right to have inaccurate data corrected and data that is no longer required deleted. You may also request that the data you have provided to us be handed over to you in a commonly used electronic format.
For these requests, write to kontakt@technikpartner.ch with the subject “Datenschutz”. For requests for information, the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO) provides for a time limit of 30 days. In individual cases, statutory retention obligations may prevent deletion; if so, we will inform you.
Data security
The website is delivered exclusively via HTTPS; the connection between your browser and the hosting provider is encrypted. Personal data from enquiries and applications is kept in our email system and in the project files, which only the people responsible can access.
The contact form only forwards your details and does not store them on the website, where there is no database of personal data that could be lost or stolen. Application documents are likewise kept exclusively in the email system and are deleted once the process is complete.
Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy when the website, the hosting provider or the legal requirements change. The applicable version is the one currently published here, with the date shown. Please send any questions about it to kontakt@technikpartner.ch.
