Meeting at a long conference table, with other video conference participants on the large screen

See. Hear. Control. Protect.

Conference rooms, digital signage, video surveillance and access control – planned and built by Technik Partner, together with the power supply and network.

Range of services

Conference rooms, signage and security systems

We fit out meeting rooms and auditoriums with displays or projection, cameras, microphones and a video conferencing platform; we control lighting, shading and AV from a single panel and show content on signage displays. We also cover security systems: video surveillance, alarm systems and access control. We plan video surveillance so that it complies with the Data Protection Act (FADP) – purpose, signage, retention.

Why Technik Partner

Electrical, cabling and AV, planned as one: Technik Partner specifies the power supply, network and end devices under one contract. Maintenance, fault service and repairs – around the clock for customers with a service contract. Since 29 July 2026, Technik Partner has been part of the Circet Group, which plans, builds and maintains telecommunications and energy infrastructure across Europe.

Integration into network, electrical and building systems

Conferencing technology, signage and security systems run on the power supply and network that Technik Partner also builds: PoE over Cat 6A, separate network segments for each system and fire-stopped penetrations between fire compartments.

Integration into network, electrical and building systems

Displays, cameras and panels are end devices. What keeps them running reliably lies behind them: connection, cabling, distribution board, network port and permissions.

We install the network outlet and power connection where the device will later be mounted – not wherever a cable happens to run past. Where possible, we power displays, cameras and readers via PoE over Cat 6A, so that a single cable is enough and the mounting point stays clean.

On the network, we keep the systems separate from one another. Video surveillance, access control and conferencing technology run in their own segments, so that one device does not interfere with the next and any failure stays contained. We document switch ports, addresses and labelling together with the rest of the cabling.

On the building side, we work with the existing trades: lighting and blinds via the electrical installation, doors via the locking system, events via the building automation. Every interface is assigned a named responsible party, so that in the event of a fault it is clear who checks which part.

In conversions, sequence matters. We pull cables and install outlets while the ceiling is still open, and mount devices only once the painters and floor layers have finished. That means no drilling into finished surfaces and no variation orders for cable routes.

In existing buildings, we survey the cable routes already in place before we plan. Where no cable route is free, we run cables via dado trunking, raised floors or suspended ceilings – and fire-stop every penetration between fire compartments. We record this before we quote, so there are no surprises during installation.

Electrical
Supply cables, distribution board, lighting and blind control, safety certificate under the Low-Voltage Installation Ordinance (NIV) for the installation
Network
Cat 6A to the device, PoE power, separate segments for each system, testing and documentation for each link
Building
Locking system, fire alarm system and building automation as interfaces – signals and releases defined
Operations
Maintenance plan for each system, replacement devices by agreement, one number for rooms, network and security
Documentation
Device list, connection plan, labelling and configuration for each room and each area – at handover
