Room control & digital signage
A room control system brings together what would otherwise be spread across remote controls and wall switches. Lighting, shading, display, audio and calls sit on one panel on the table or beside the door – operated the same way in every room, across floors and buildings.
We define the scenes with you: presentation, video conference, break, leave room. Each scene sets lighting, shading and AV in one go and powers the room down again at the end. The control system runs on the electrical installation and the network that Technik Partner builds itself.
At the door, a room booking display shows whether the room is free and takes its bookings from your calendar. At reception, in school buildings and on the sales floor, signage displays show centrally managed content – via a browser-based content management system, by schedule and by location.
We power displays via PoE or a dedicated supply line, depending on mounting location and size. We mount them on the wall, the ceiling or a totem, conceal the cables and label every connection. We hand over the documented configuration so that your IT team can change scenes and content themselves later on.
