What changes for customers
Same teams, more opportunities
Your contacts do not change: the management team continues to run the company, and division heads and teams remain in place. The business name, address and phone number stay the same, and existing service contracts remain in force.
What is new is the group behind us. Circet designs, builds and maintains telecommunications networks in Europe – which means more capacity for large roll-out programmes and greater financial strength for tools, test equipment and training.
In its press release of 29 July 2026, Circet describes Technik Partner as “Switzerland’s leading specialist in FTTH in-building connectivity (Network Level 4 / NE4) services”, a company “connecting more residential units than any other provider in the country”.
Circet Energy: the group’s energy platform
Alongside telecommunications networks, the Circet Group builds energy infrastructure. Circet Energy designs, builds and maintains installations for e-mobility, distribution grids, renewable energy and storage, signalling and traffic systems, high- and extra-high-voltage grids, and data centres and energy-intensive facilities – in Europe and North America, including Switzerland.
Where Circet aims to grow
Circet aims to grow into adjacent markets with Technik Partner. The four areas are an ambition of the Circet Group – not a current Technik Partner offering.
Smart infrastructure
Buildings and facilities with sensors, controls and data connectivity.
Utility network digitalisation
Electricity, gas and water networks with data connectivity down to the installation; Technik Partner is not active in this area today.
Smart metering
Connected meters linked to the grid operator.
Rail telecommunications
Communication networks along railway lines – fibre, radio, signalling.
The group in Switzerland
The sister company in Switzerland is Circet (Switzerland) Ltd. Established in 2020, it builds and maintains telecommunications networks for network operators. In Switzerland, Technik Partner covers the infrastructure within properties and facilities – Network Level 4, electrical engineering, data centres, IT and security.
The Circet companies in Switzerland are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Technik Partner AG holds no certifications of its own.
The group has an ESG strategy for the years 2023 to 2030 and has been a member of the UN Global Compact since 2011. The Science Based Targets initiative approved its climate targets on 13 June 2024: a 42% reduction for Scope 1 and 2 and a 25% reduction for Scope 3.1 and 3.3, both by 2030 against a 2022 baseline.
